Dear Friends,
It gives us great pleasure to invite you for the 10th Annual Conference of Kanpur Diabetes Association "KDACON-2025" on 13th December Saturday & 14th December Sunday, 2025.
Diabetes is emerging as a growing heath challenge in the 21st-century and keeping pace the field of diabetes care is also changing rapidly.
Rapidly accumulating evidence on various aspects of diabetes care is changing the way we manage diabetes today. Landmark clinical trials have resulted in treatment algorithms, emphasizing comorbid conditions, in the selected of glucose lowering agents. Further, wider application of continuous glucose monitoring with time in range (TIR), insulin pump technologies and more detailed individualization in diabetes pharmacotheraphy, have changed the landscape of diabetes care in 2025.
However, despite the tremendous amount of knowledge and advances in management tools, the quality of diabetes care still falls short of expectations.
The conference will include discussions and presentations in the contemporary challenges of day to day clinical management of diabetes. There will be state of art lectures and three interactive workshops. Special emphasis has been placed on the role of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in the management of diabetes.
PG students will also be participating in the KDACON 2025. There will be paper presentation and quiz for P.G. students. There will be dedicated halls for dieticians and papa medical, however they are free to attend any lecture they wish.
